We have been informed that effective immediately Midnight Hockey has changed the rules on stick fouls. All stick fouls carry a 4 minute penalty. The 2 and 5 penalty is gone.

LIHO was established in 1989 by Ray Leonardo for the purpose of providing the most competent hockey officials available to service the growing hockey playing population. For the past 21 years LIHO has fulfilled that need and is the number 1 provider of officials for Adult hockey on Long Island. The credibility of a league is due in a large part on the calibre of officiating and LIHO provides Adult hockey with the best and will continue doing so.
