Officiating

I have seen about 5 Varsity games this year and believe that the
quality of officiating has noticeably improved this year. I've been
impressed with
both referees and linesmen making the correct calls and controlling
the game
as is necessary. Has the league invested in higher quality officials
this
year? It sure looks like it on the Varsity Level.
