Per USA Hockey, all officials are required to pre-register for a seminar on-line at

usahockey.com.
In addition, the number of seats at a given seminar are limitted per level. In other words, if an official waits too long to register for a particular seminar, he/she will be shut out and told to register for an alternative seminar. There is no "walk-in" registration at the seminars.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

All game misconducts must be reported to Ed Mace through the LIHO website Game Report Form. We have been approached by league owners who have expressed concerns that the reports are not being submitted. After having submitted your report and you do not see it posted on this page, please email Ed at liho@optonline.net. Failure to submit reports will result in a suspension from officiating for the Long Island Hockey Officials.
